Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • All purpose flour 100gms


  • Cabbage 1 cup grated


  • Onion 1 grated


  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp


  • 1/2tbsp soya sauce


  • 1/4tbsp vinegar


  • 1 salt to taste


  • 1/4tbsp garam masala


  • 3 tomatoes for soup


  • Green chilli 3 4


  • Dried chilli 1 2

Directions

  • For momos
  • Grated cabbage onion and chilli finely
  • In a pan heat oil amd add ginger garlic paste
  • Then add grated cabbage onion etc
  • Add soya sauce and vinegar and then salt
  • Fry on low flame until everything is finely mixed
  • Take out the mixture in a bowl and keep it aside
  • For dough
  • Take maida/all purpose flour and add salt
  • Add water and prepare a dough
  • Put few drops of oil and keep it aside for 15mins
  • Now roll the dough very thin and cut round shape using a small bowl
  • Put some stuffing in the round cutting and give it a shape
  • Once all the momo are prepared.. steam it
  • Now for soup, cook the tomatoes for 1 whistle in pressure cooker
  • Keep it aside to cool down
  • Once cooled, grind the boiled tomatoes in a grinder you can add dried chilli also
  • In a pan heat some oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry it
  • Add prepared tomato puree in the pan and fry it for 3 4 mins and add salt and turmeric and fry again for 3 4 mins
  • After that add water and bring it to boil
  • On a medium flame cook the soup until desired consistency
  • You can add chopped coriander if you want..
  • Now that soup amd dumplings are prepared.. take a bowl pour some soup and top it with the dumplings and serve hot
