For momos
Grated cabbage onion and chilli finely
In a pan heat oil amd add ginger garlic paste
Then add grated cabbage onion etc
Add soya sauce and vinegar and then salt
Fry on low flame until everything is finely mixed
Take out the mixture in a bowl and keep it aside
For dough
Take maida/all purpose flour and add salt
Add water and prepare a dough
Put few drops of oil and keep it aside for 15mins
Now roll the dough very thin and cut round shape using a small bowl
Put some stuffing in the round cutting and give it a shape
Once all the momo are prepared.. steam it
Now for soup, cook the tomatoes for 1 whistle in pressure cooker
Keep it aside to cool down
Once cooled, grind the boiled tomatoes in a grinder you can add dried chilli also
In a pan heat some oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry it
Add prepared tomato puree in the pan and fry it for 3 4 mins and add salt and turmeric and fry again for 3 4 mins
After that add water and bring it to boil
On a medium flame cook the soup until desired consistency
You can add chopped coriander if you want..
Now that soup amd dumplings are prepared.. take a bowl pour some soup and top it with the dumplings and serve hot
